Data collected

The website only collects personal data when you use the contact form: first and last name, company, business email, phone number, sector, type of need and a description of your context. The website uses no audience measurement, no advertising and no newsletter.

Purposes and legal bases

• Responding to your request and, where relevant, preparing a proposal: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent, given through the form’s checkbox (Art. 6(1)(a)).
• Protecting the website and the form against bots and abuse: CLE’s legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Recipients and processors

Your messages are read only by Éric Lebigot. They are never sold or passed on. CLE uses the following providers:

• Infomaniak Network SA (Switzerland): website and email hosting.
• Cloudflare, Inc.: “Turnstile” bot check on the contact page. This service processes your IP address and technical browser information; it may involve a transfer to the United States, covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

Switzerland benefits from an adequacy decision of the European Commission: data hosted by Infomaniak enjoys a level of protection recognised as equivalent.

Retention

Messages are kept for three years from the last exchange, then deleted. If an engagement is signed, contractual and accounting documents are kept for the legal periods (ten years for accounting records).

Cookies

The website uses no advertising or analytics cookies. Only strictly necessary items, which do not require consent, may be stored:

• pll_language: remembers the language you chose (1 year).
• Cloudflare Turnstile technical cookies on the contact page, to tell a visitor from a bot.
• Accessibility tool preferences, stored in your browser if you use it.
• Login cookies reserved for website administration.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to eric.lebigot@conseils-cle.com; you will receive a reply within one month.

You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), or, if you live in Switzerland, with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (www.edoeb.admin.ch).

Security

The website is served over HTTPS only and protected by appropriate technical measures (bot filtering, security headers, regular updates).
